By using FrameSweep, you agree to these terms.

Permitted use

You may use FrameSweep to review and manage files that you own or are authorized to access. You are responsible for complying with applicable laws and the rights of others.

Your files and backups

You remain responsible for your files and backups. FrameSweep can move files to the operating system Trash or Recycle Bin. Recovery depends on operating system settings and may not always be possible, especially after the Trash is emptied.

Software availability

The application is provided as available. Features, supported formats, and system requirements may change. IAM_DEV does not guarantee uninterrupted operation or compatibility with every file format, device, codec, or third-party application.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, IAM_DEV is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from use of the application, including loss of data. Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot legally be excluded.

Changes

These terms may be updated when the application or legal requirements change. The current version will be published on this page.
